Amy enjoys using an integrated approach as there is never just one answer. Our systems work together and are reactive to each other, so space and an open approach is most beneficial. I use my knowledge, experience and intuition to guide me to provide the best service.
Amy has always had a passion for massage and it was just the next natural step to take in her life. Amy has been in the medical field since 1998, working as a nurses assistant, EMT, Medical Assistant and now Massage Therapy and Yoga instructor. I feel that I have a great foundation and knowledge of the human body as well intuition for what my client needs. I am excited to be able to fulfill my dream of being a Massage Therapist and look forward to helping my community reach a higher wellness through Massage, Yoga and education.

I am a beautiful wandering soul, whose purpose is to support others on their earthly journey. I have walked many paths of career, relationships and living situations. What I have come to realize over the decades of my life, is that what Iexcel at is holding space, listening to others stories, experiences and helpingthem navigate it. I also love empowering people to find a healthier and easier way of living, reminding them of their greatness and helping them find freedom in their lives.
I am in this field of coaching, teaching and bodywork, because it feeds me on a soul level. In coaching and teaching, watching the gleam in the eye of my clients when they “get it”. When that shift that happens, it is so magical! It fills every cellmy body with joy, better than any other experience out there. Knowing that I helped shift their perspective and was a key in their transformation, is something I can’t express in words. With bodywork, it’s similar, watching people experience freedom and ease in their body that has been a stranger to them. To observe them reacquaint with that, is such a blessing to witness and hold space for. The word Humbling only scratches the surface.
I’ve been in the healing arts world now for 13 years. I have done a tremendous amount of personal growth/ self empowerment and leadership work as well as learning to listen to and heal my own mind, body and spirit. That journey will continue as long as I’m alive. I have been on an extensive 10+ year Conscious Self Study of: Personal Growth, Self Empowerment, Philosophical studies, Psychology, New Age Movement and ever growing practice of Spirituality, focusing in Eastern Philosophies and Christianity as well as Native American Traditions. I have also been teaching a range of personal growth and self empowerment classes and workshops for 6 years. I have participated and studied with the ManKind Project , which is a nonprofit training and educational organization with three decades of proven success hosting life-changing experiential personal development programs for men. I studied with Landmark Worldwide , an international personal and professional growth, training and development company with a range of offerings that are innovative, effective, and immediately relevant. These organizations are integral to my life and have grown and changed me to be the person I am now.
